We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We do not currently support Discover, JCB or Diner’s Club.
If you are using either a Visa, Mastercard or Amex card and you are experiencing difficulty paying please check:
- You are entering all your card details correctly
- The name and address you have entered matches the address your card is registered to
- You have sufficient funds on your card
- Your card has not expired
The most common reason for an unsuccessful card payment is that you bank has declined it. This can sometimes happen when you try and pay a new recipient who you haven’t paid before. The best thing to do is to call your card issuer and let them know that you wish to make this payment and they will remove any block on your card.
