Although the window to leave a review is 14 days after a sit has finished, there is no time limit for replying to your review. Heres how to reply:
On the website:
- Get logged into your account
- Go to the menu in the top right and find 'Past sitters'

Click on the sitter you received a review from to open up the details and see the review

Click on the review and select the 'Respond to review' button to leave a reply
On the app:
- Log into your account through the app
- Scroll down on your dashboard to the 'Past sitters' section
- Swipe through to find the sitter who left the review you'd like to reply to and tap one their picture
- Tap the sit dates
- Click on the review and select 'Respond to review'
Your reply will be displayed directly below the review on your listing.
