We advise that throughout your communications with other TrustedHousesitters members you should uphold the value of our Community Pledge. Ensure that you are fair, factual, and balanced in your response to both your feedback detailing your experience whilst house and pet sitting, and any reviews you receive.
Consider what effect your feedback could have on the member in question and decide whether or not it is appropriate for a public forum. Could your feedback be better submitted via a private channel such as email?
Remember that your feedback will appear on the bottom of the owner’s listing and will be linked back to your profile. This means that your response will be visible not only to the owner and other sitters considering applying to that sit, but to other owners considering your application to sit for them. The same applies for any reviews an owner leaves for a sitter.
