Your membership is set to automatically renew each year using the most recent card details provided. You can use either the website or the app to update these details.
To update the card details associated with your account via the website:
- Log in to your TrustedHousesitters account using your email address and password
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Select ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu
- On the left hand side, click on ‘Membership’
- Click on ‘Update card details’
- Click on the ‘Change card’ button and enter your new card details
- Press ‘Update Details’ to save your changes
To update the card details associated with your account via the app:
- Log in to the app using your email address and password
- Click on ‘Me’ in the bottom right corner
- Tap on ‘Settings’ on the menu and select ‘My membership’
- Click ‘Manage my membership’ then ‘Update card details’
- Click on the ‘Change card’ button and enter your new card details
- Press ‘Update Details’ to save your changes
