If you’re an owner member and need to cancel a confirmation request you have sent to a sitter, you can do this in your inbox.
Simply open the messages between you and the sitter. At the top of the message thread, you will be able to see your dates and the notification, ‘Sit confirmation request, sitter agreement pending’. To cancel this request, click the blue ‘Cancel request’ button.
Remember, you can only confirm one sitter for each set of dates. This means you will not be able to invite another sitter if you do not cancel a pending confirmation request.
