If you cannot see an option to leave feedback for a pet parent in the ‘feedback’ section of your account, this may mean that the sit was not officially confirmed before it started.
In this case, both you and the pet parent simply need to contact our Membership Services team to confirm that the sit took place. We can then retrospectively confirm the sit on both accounts, which will allow you to leave feedback and also receive a review.
