As a TrustedHousesitters member you are able to send messages to other members. When someone messages you, you'll find this in your inbox.

Website

To check your messages on the desktop website, log into your account, click on your name in the top right of the page, then select Inbox from the menu.

Once you’re in your inbox any unread messages will be shown in white with bold text. You can select the message you want to reply to by clicking on it. You can then write your reply and send it to them.

App

You can also send messages using our mobile app. Once you’ve opened the app, go to Inbox on the bottom toolbar.

Along the top there are the different categories, such as Confirmed sits and Inbox. Select Inbox and you’ll see all your messages. Select the message you want to reply to. You can then write your reply and send it to them.
