As a sitter, you will be sent twice daily emails to keep you in the loop about the newest house and pet sitting opportunities on the site.
If for any reason you have stopped receiving these, the first thing to check are your contact settings.
On our desktop site your contact settings are found by clicking on your name in the top right corner, selecting 'settings' from the menu, and then clicking on 'contact settings' on the left hand side.
This should look like this:
To check this on the app - click 'Me' along the bottom bar and go to 'Settings' then click 'Notification'
If the box is unchecked, this will be why you are not receiving the daily emails. Simply check the box and within 24 hours you will start receiving these again.
If the box is already checked and you are still not receiving our emails make sure to double check your junk and spam folders in your email inbox. Sometimes our emails get lost on the way, and they may be hiding here.
If the box is already checked, and the emails are not in your junk or spam folders we may need to look into this for you. Please contact us via our help centre so that we can investigate and make sure you can start receiving our emails again as soon as possible.
