Once you have inputted the required listing information, this will come through to us to approve.
Each new listing is manually checked and approved by our team to make sure it has the relevant information and is inline with our listing guidelines. Listings can take up to 12 hours to be approved. If your listing cannot be approved by us for a particular reason, one of our Membership Services agents will contact you by email to discuss that with you.
As soon as your listing has been approved, it will be live on the platform for sitters to see and be able to apply for any available dates you have.
Once your listing is live the 'Awaiting Approval' badge will be removed from the 'Your Listing' section on your dashboard, and we will send you an email to let you know that your listing has been approved.
