In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and you feel you need to raise a dispute with us, we are here to help.
For disputes raised against another member, we can accept post-sit disputes, cancelled sit disputes, review / feedback disputes and disputes relating to inappropriate messaging.
In the first instance we would always encourage members to communicate with one another to see if an amicable resolution can be reached. If this cannot happen, please refer to our Member Dispute Procedure here:
