As a pet parent, you can print a hard copy of your Welcome Guide that you can give to your upcoming sitters. 

To print the Welcome Guide via the website:

• Log into your account 
• Depending on what device you are using either click your name or the three lines in the top right corner
• Click ‘Dashboard’ 
• Under the 'Your welcome guide' section
• Click 'Edit welcome guide'
• Click the ‘Print’ button in the bottom left corner

As a Welcome Guides contains sensitive information relating to the pet owner it is not possible for a sitter to print a copy.
