If your payment isn't going through, don't worry; there's often a simple reason your card is not being accepted. Things you could check are:
Are you using one of our three accepted payment cards?
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Amex
Are all your details entered correctly?
- Double check your card number, expiration date and CVC
- Ensure the name and address you've entered are the ones your card is registered to
- Double check that there are sufficient funds on this card
- Has the card expired?
Still not working?
Try giving your card issuer a call and letting them know the problem. Our head office is in the UK and sometimes, if payments are made from overseas, you'll first need to get the OK from your card issuer.
Trusted tip: If you're paying by PayPal you will need to contact PayPal directly to figure out the issue.
