If you can't see an option to leave a review for a pet parent in the 'past sits' section of your account, this could be because either:
The 14-day review window has closed. If 14 days have passed since the sit ended, you will no longer have the opportunity to leave a review. If you have received a review from the pet parent, you can reply to this.
The sit was not officially confirmed before it started. In this case, both you and the pet parent simply need to contact our Membership Services team to confirm that the sit took place. We can then retrospectively confirm the sit on both accounts, which will allow you to leave feedback and also receive a review.
