You might want to thank the sitter for their review or reply to something in particular that they mentioned. Although the window to leave a review closes after 14 days, there's no time limit for replying to your review.
To reply to a review via the website:
- Log into your account
- Go to the menu in the top right-hand corner and select 'Past sitters'
- Click on the sitter you received a review from to open up the details and see the review
- Click on the review and select the 'Respond to review' button to leave a reply
To reply to a review via the app:
- Log into your account via the app
- Select 'Me' in the bottom right-hand corner
- Click 'View & edit listing'
- Select 'Sitters & Reviews'
- Scroll to the right to view all the reviews from previous sitters
- Click 'Respond to review' at the bottom of the selected review
- Write your reply and click 'Send'
