Although the window to leave a review is 14 days after a sit has finished, there is no time limit for replying to your review, and here's how:
To reply to a review via the website:
- Log into your account
- Go to the menu in the top right-hand corner and select 'Past sits'
- Click on the sit you received a review from to open up the details and see the review
- Click on the review and select the 'Respond to review' button to leave a reply
To reply to a review via the app:
- Log into your account via the app
- Select 'Dashboard' in the bottom left-hand corner
- Scroll down and select 'View all past sits'
- Scroll down to find the sit with the review you'd like to reply to
- Tap the sit dates
- Click on the review and select 'Respond to review'
