Once you've set up your saved searches, we've made it super easy to manage and choose how you receive alerts for each individual one.
To give you control and flexibility, you can choose either push notifications, emails or both!
You're in charge - at any time you can update your saved searches and change your alert preferences.
What's more, the app and website are aligned - so no matter where you set up your saved searches you can choose to receive notifications, emails or both.
To manage your alerts on the app:
- Get logged into the app
- Tap 'Search' along the bottom 🔍
- Go to 'Saved' at the top
- Find the saved search you want to manage and tap the 3 dots on the right
- Tap 'Manage alerts'
- Use the toggles to choose your preferred alert type
- Tap 'Save'
To manage your alerts on the website:
- Get logged in to your account
- Go to the 'Find a house sit' page
- Find 'Your saved searches' at the top and select 'View all'
- Next to each saved search you'll see either 'Alerts on' or 'Alerts off' - just click this to toggle your email alerts on/off
- If you'd like to receive push notifications, ensure you've downloaded the app and follow the steps above
If you're using the app, you may need to update to the latest version to make the most of this feature.
