Your Welcome Guide is a handy space to help you answer any questions your sitter may have, as well as allow you to share detailed information about your pets and home. You can only share your Welcome Guide once a sitter has been confirmed - so it can't be read by just anyone.

To share your Welcome Guide via your inbox:

• Log into your account and click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner
• Select 'Inbox'
• Click on your confirmed sitter's conversation
• On the right-hand side, you'll see the confirmed dates and underneath, click 'Share Welcome Guide'

To share your Welcome Guide via the app:

• Log into your account via the app
• Click on 'Inbox' in the bottom of the page 
• Select the confirmed sitter's conversation 
• Under 'Confirmed sitter', click the arrow on the right-hand side
• Select 'Share my welcome guide'
• Making sure it's all up-to-date, click 'Share with sitter' 

Your sitter will now be able to view the Welcome Guide and have all the essential information about your fur family and your home in one easy format. 

Trusted tip: If the 'Share Welcome Guide' button is not visible on your Dashboard, this means the Guide has already been shared.
