If you're receiving multiple applications, you may want to pause your dates so you can take your time choosing the perfect sitter for your fluffy friends. Then, when you're ready for more applicants, you can unpause your listing and allow for more trusted sitters to apply. Here's how -

To pause and unpause your dates via the website:

• Log into your account, click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Dashboard'
• Under 'Your dates', select 'Manage'
• Underneath your dates, click 'Pause applications' or 'Unpause applications'

To pause and unpause your dates via the app:

• Log into your account via the app
• Click 'Dashboard' in the bottom left-hand corner
• Click on the dates you wish to pause 
• At the bottom of the page, click 'Pause applications' or 'Unpause applications'

Sitters will be unable to apply to any of these dates while they're paused. Once they're unpaused, this will allow sitters to view and apply to your live sit dates.

Trusted tip: Your dates will automatically pause once you receive 5 applications. If you decide to decline any of these 5 applicants, you can unpause your dates, which will allow other sitters to apply.
