To book your free lounge passes, please get in touch with our Membership Services team. Please note that we need at least 72 hours notice of your departure date.

Please ensure you have the following information ready when you wish to book your time in the lounge.

• Country of airport
• Airport name
• Terminal number
• Flight departure time
• Flight date
• Flight number
• Country of arrival
• Full names of passenger(s)

Please note:

• Subject to availability & excludes extended stay (3-6 hours), sleeper lounges, and non lounge-package lounges
•  Lounge passes must be used within your membership year and will not be carried over when your membership renews
• Lounge passes must be booked before membership expires but Lounge passes can be booked for a later date
