Wondering if you meet the criteria for our Money Back Promise? Take a look at this simple checklist to see if you're eligible. There are different requirements depending on whether you're a pet parent or a sitter.

For Pet Parents, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are in your first year of membership
• You have either a Standard or Premium membership (not basic)
• It has been 14 days since joining
• Your listing was posted at least 14 days prior to the start date of the sit
• You have not received any applications from sitters within 14 days of posting your first listing

Please note: If you received even one application from a sitter within those first 14 days, you are not eligible for the Money Back Promise 

For Sitters, you must meet the following criteria: 

• You have submitted at least 5 applications
• All of your applications have been declined or received no response
• It has not been more than 14 days since your 5th application
