Contact the pet parent as soon as possible
Send them a message or call to let them know your updated arrival time. Clear communication helps them plan their day and ensures their pet isn’t left waiting.

Reconfirm your arrival time 

Make sure you and the pet parent agree on the updated time and date. Once you’ve discussed the change, the pet parent can update the arrival time on the booking, and you’ll simply need to confirm it.
