If you’re a combined member on the platform, meaning you’re both a sitter and a pet parent, you can switch between the sitter and pet parent profiles in the app. This helps you focus on what you want to do without seeing things you don’t need right now.

How to switch your profile between sitter and pet parent via the app:

• Log into your account via the app
• Select your dashboard at the bottom of your screen 

• Tap 'Switch to pet parent' or 'Switch to sitter' 

• Your view will switch to the profile you selected

Trusted Tip: If you were using the sitter profile when you closed the app, that’s the profile you’ll see the next time you open it. You can switch again whenever you need to.
