Once you've waved goodbye to your sitter, you'll have 14 days to leave them a review. Your honest feedback inspires sitters to exceed expectations and will help other pet parents who are choosing a sitter for their home and pets.

To leave a review via the website:

• Log into your account
• Depending on your device, either click on your profile picture or the three lines in the top right-hand corner 
• Select 'Past sitters'
• Find your recent sitter and click 'Leave a review for ***' 
• Choose your star ratings and write your comments 
• Once you are happy, click 'Submit review'

To leave a review via the app: 

• Log into your account via the app
• Tap 'Sits' in the bottom left-hand corner
• Swipe left and select 'Past' 
• Find the sitter you'd like to leave a review for and tap the sit dates 
• Select 'Leave a review for ****'
• Choose your star ratings and write your comments, then tap 'Continue'
• Once you are happy with your review, press ‘That's all correct’

Reviews will be posted once both members have submitted one or after the 14 days have passed
