If you are unsure whether your profile is live, you can check by visiting your dashboard on the website or by logging into your app.
To check if your profile is live via the website:
- Log into your account
- Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Your profile'
- If your profile is live, this will be shown at the top of the page
- If your profile is not live, this will be shown at the top of the page
To check if your profile is live via the app:
- Log in to your account on the app
- Click 'Me' in the bottom right-hand corner
- Select 'View and edit profile' from the menu
- Click on 'Edit'
- If your profile is not live yet, you will see a status label telling you it is not live and will highlight the sections that need more information.
Trusted tip: You'll need to complete your profile for it to go live. Double-check each section, making sure it's all filled out and don't forget to click 'Save'. Once you have filled out each section, you'll be able to start applying to sits.
