All new listings are reviewed and approved by our team, before going live for sitters to see. It can take up to 12 hours for your listing to be approved. If you are unsure whether your listing is live, you can check by visiting your dashboard on the website or by logging into your app. You can also find helpful status labels that let you know which sections need more information while editing your listing.
To check if your listing is live via the website:
- Log into your account
- Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Dashboard'
- Under the 'Your listing' section, it will state either 'In review' or 'Live'
Your status will continue to show as 'Live' as long as you either have active dates on your listing or have an upcoming confirmed sitter.
When you don't have any active dates or a confirmed sitter linked to your listing, then your status will show as 'Not Live' until you add new dates.
To check if your listing is live via the app:
- Log in to your account on the app
- On your Dashboard - if your listing is awaiting approval, you will see it shows 'Unpublished dates' and marked as 'Pending'
- Then once approved, it will show 'Published dates' on your Dashboard
