We all know that a picture is worth a thousand words, and including some great photos on your home listing or sitter profile will help other members get to know you better.

Pet parent's must add at least 5 interior photos and 2 pet photos to their home listing, and the more you add, the better. Displaying clear photos of your home and pets will help improve your success on the platform, as it helps potential sitters get a feel for where they will be staying and who they'll be looking after. 

You'll be required to add an account photo to your dashboard so that sitters can put a name to a face. 

Every listing on the platform is manually approved by TrustedHousesitters to make sure no sensitive information has been added. However, make sure not to include any number plates, street names or photos of children for your own security and so your privacy is protected. 

✨ Sitter

As a sitter, your photos can really help pet parents get to know you and find out if you are the right sitter for them. Make sure to get your personality and interests across with the photos you add and don't forget the cuddly pet photos too. 

Inviting a new sitter into their home can be quite daunting, and just by adding some great photos of yourself to your profile can put you on the right track for building that trust.
