TrustedHousesitters manually approve each new listing to ensure that all sits adhere to our Code of Conduct, Terms and Conditions, and pet parent guidelines.

There is a minimum requirement of 5 interior photos and 2 pet photos (if applicable). Sitters love to see where they will be staying as well as who they will be looking after, and this can help attract more attention your way.

We also make sure that no personal information has been included in the listing by accident. Full names, the address of the home, car registration plates, street names, external URLs will be removed from the listing or listing photos to ensure the privacy of our members. 

If, for any reason, your home listing cannot be approved, we will get in touch and assist you in updating any sections that need tweaking.

As soon as your listing is approved, it will go live on the site, and sitters will be able to start applying to sit for you.
