You might want to print your welcome guide so that your upcoming sitters have a hard copy of all the essential information about your pet and your home. 

To print the Welcome Guide via the website:

• Log into your account
• Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Dashboard' 
• Under the 'Your welcome guide' section
• Click 'Edit welcome guide'
• Click the ‘Print’ button in the top right-hand corner 

To print the Welcome Guide via the App:

• Log into your account via the app
• Select 'Listing'
• Click 'Your Welcome Guide'
• Select 'Edit' in the top right-hand corner
• Scroll down & select 'Print'
• You'll be able to view the printed version of your Welcome Guide
• Once you're happy with this click 'Print' in the top right-hand corner 

Trusted tip: As a welcome guide contains sensitive information relating to the pet parent, it's not possible for a sitter to print a copy.
