External References

References are received outside of the TrustedHousesitters community. It's a character reference that pet parents looking for sitters can see on the front of your profile. It's a chance for someone you know well to give a glowing description of you (all accurate and truthful, of course). 

Reviews

After a member has completed a house sit through the TrustedHousesitters platform, both the pet parent and the sitter can leave a review. Members have the chance to review how the sit went by scoring different categories.
