We get it! Plans change. If you can no longer make the dates you originally arranged, follow the steps below to withdraw your application.
To withdraw an application via the website:
- Log into your account
- Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Inbox'
- Click on the pet parent's conversation you would like to withdraw from
- On the right hand side below 'Applications made', select 'Withdraw application'
- We will let the pet parent know but encourage you to send a follow-up message letting them know why
To withdraw an application via the app:
- Log into the app
- Click 'Inbox' in the bottom of the page
- Click on the pet parent you wish to withdraw an application from
- Below 'Application' on the right-hand side select 'Cancel'
- Drop the pet parent a line to explain why you can no longer sit for them
