When a pet parent invites you to a sit, it's because they like your profile and you might have a particular skill they're looking for. However, we understand that not all sits are for everyone so you may choose to decline an invitation. 

To decline an invitation via the website:

• Log into your account
• Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Inbox'
• Select the pet parent who you would like to decline an invitation from
• Select 'No, thank you'

To decline an invitation via the app:

• Log into your account via the app
• Click on  'Inbox' in the bottom of the screen
• Click on the pet parent you would like to decline an invitation from
• Select 'Decline' 

Trusted tip: We would always encourage you to send a message to the pet parent, explaining why you're unable to commit to this particular sit. You never know, you might want to sit for them in the future.
