It couldn't be easier to switch up your payment method once you have joined. We understand that things need updating so follow the steps below to continue your adventures at TrustedHousesitters. 

To change your payment card via the website: 

• Log into your account via the website
• Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner 
• Select 'Settings' 
• Click 'Edit' to the right of 'Membership'
• Under 'Payment card', select 'Update' 
• Update your details and click 'Save & close' 

To change your payment card via the app: 

• Log into your account via the app
• Tap your profile picture in the bottom right-hand corner
• Select ‘Settings’
• Tap ‘Membership’ 
• Select ‘Manage my membership’
• Under 'Payment method', select 'Change'
• Update your card details
• Once updated, select 'Save & close'

If you would like to change the card or bank account associated with your PayPal account, you'll need to do this through PayPal directly. 

Trusted tip: Please note that if you joined TrustedHousesitters and used a card, you won't be able to change your payment method to PayPal
