Having never increased prices for renewing members previously, this was a difficult decision made primarily due to the rising costs we've been experiencing from inflation. We want to continue to maintain and improve the quality of service that you and our pet members deserve, and this adjustment will help us continue to do just that.
All members receiving a price adjustment will be notified 30 days before their renewal date.
