If you're returning to TrustedHousesitters after a break, you may notice an increase in your membership price.

Having never increased prices for renewing members previously, this was a difficult decision made primarily due to the rising costs we've been experiencing from inflation. We want to continue to maintain and improve the quality of service that you and our pet members deserve, and this adjustment will help us continue to do just that. 

We emailed everyone affected 30 days before their renewal date to give plenty of notice ahead of the change.

Trusted Tip: If you're unhappy with paying a higher price, we advise you to speak with one of our helpful Membership Services team to discuss your unique situation and for further information. Otherwise, you can update your subscription or cancel your renewal by going to your membership settings.
