We've made it super easy for you to pause your membership. Just follow these quick steps:

To pause your membership via the app:

• Log into your account via the app 
• Head to 'Account' on the bottom right
• Select 'My membership'
• Click 'Manage my membership'
• Scroll down to 'Turn off automatic renewal'
• Tell us why you'd like to pause
• Click on 'Pause membership'

To pause your membership via the website: 

• Log into your account 
• Click on your name in the top right-hand corner
• Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu
• Go to 'Membership'
• Scroll to the 'Membership status' section
• Click 'Turn off renewal'
• Tell us why you'd like to pause
• Click on 'Pause membership'

Trusted Tip: Once paused, your membership renewal date will be moved 3 months into the future. But don't worry, you can resume your membership early at anytime!
