Our Duo Sitter add-on package means we’ll fully verify you and your companion and display this on your profile. Once you're both verified, you’ll be able to apply for sits with an overlap, so you and your co-sitter can book and manage back-to-back sits.

How to verify my co-sitter via the website

• Log into your account
• Click your profile photo in the top right-hand corner
• Select ‘Your Profile’
• Click ‘Manage’ next to ‘Your Verifications’
• Fill out your co-sitter's details
• A link will be sent to your co-sitter's verified email address to complete the ID check

How to verify my co-sitter via the app:

• Log into your account via the app
• Select ‘Me’ in the bottom right-hand corner
• Click ‘View & Edit profile’ and click ‘Edit Profile’
• Select ‘Manage’ next to ‘Verifications'
• Fill out your co-sitter's details

Your co-sitter will need to verify their email address and phone number to complete their ID check

Trusted tip: If your co-sitter doesn’t want to be verified, you can use our platform as it is, but you won’t be able to book overlapping sits.
