If a sit is cancelled, the booking fee may be refunded depending on the reason for the cancellation and who initiated it.

You’ll only ever be charged a booking fee once a sit is confirmed. If the sit doesn’t go ahead, you may be entitled to a refund of this fee in line with our Booking Fee Cancellation Policy
