We get it; plans change, and it's an easy process to unconfirm a sit before it begins. However, do remember that, in line with our member Code of Conduct, a confirmed sit can only be cancelled when both pet parent and sitter agree or there are extraordinary circumstances
To unconfirm a sit via the website:
- Log into your account
- At the top of the page select 'Inbox'
- Click on the confirmed sit conversation
- On the right-hand side, underneath 'Confirmed dates', select 'Cancel sit'
To unconfirm a sit via the app:
- Log into your account via the app
- Click 'Inbox' in the bottom middle of the screen
- Select the confirmed pet parent conversation
- Click 'Confirmed dates'
- Scroll down and click 'Cancel this sit'
