Claims made through our Home and Contents Plan are subject to certain conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

Am I covered if my belongings are damaged or stolen?

The Home and Contents Plan can cover accidental and malicious damage to your property during a sit. It protects your household goods and your valuable belongings, too.

You could also be covered for theft.

Does it cover sitters?

The Home and Content Plan includes public liability. This covers you in case the sitter has an accident in and around your property.

Does it cover my pet too?

Unfortunately, pets aren’t covered as part of the Home and Contents Plan. If there are any problems, then you can use our Vet Advice Line, 24/7, during a sit.

As per the terms of service, pet parents are required to have an appropriate level of cover for their pets and circumstances.

How much am I covered for?

The Home and Contents Plan offers property damage, theft, and public liability cover up to $1 million USD (or foreign currency equivalent). Terms and conditions apply.
