Have you changed your card and need to update it? To keep your membership rolling over, remember to update your card details. It couldn't be easier to do so follow the steps below.
To update the card details associated with your account via the website:
- Log into your account
- Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner
- Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu
- Click 'Edit' to the right of ‘Membership’
- Select 'Change payment method'
- Update your card details
- Once updated, select 'Save & close'
To update the card details associated with your account via the app:
- Log into your account via the app
- Click on ‘Me’ in the bottom right-hand corner
- Select ‘Settings’
- Click ‘My membership’
- Select ‘Manage my membership’
- Click ‘Change payment method’
- Update your card details
Once updated, select 'Save & close'
