We get it; plans change, and it's an easy process to unconfirm a sitter before a sit begins. However, do remember that, in line with our Member Code of Conduct, a confirmed sit can only be cancelled when both pet parent and sitter agree or there are extraordinary circumstances
To unconfirm a sitter via the website:
- Log into your account
- Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner and select 'Inbox'
- Click on the confirmed sitter conversation
- On the right-hand side, underneath 'Confirmed dates', select 'Unconfirm sitter'
To unconfirm a sitter via the app:
- Log into your account via the app
- Click 'Inbox' in the bottom middle of the screen
- Select the confirmed sitter conversation
- Click 'Applications & invites'
- Select the dates you want to unconfirm
- Scroll down and click 'Unconfirm sitter'
