A combined membership includes both a pet parent and sitter membership for one low price. If you already have a pet parent or sitter membership, you can upgrade to a combined membership quickly and easily and pay a pro-rated price for the remainder of your current subscription.

To upgrade to a combined membership via the website:

• Log in to your account via the website
• Depending on your device, either click on your profile picture or the three lines in the top right-hand corner 
• From the dropdown menu, select 'Settings'
• Click 'Edit' next to 'Membership'
• Select 'Change membership plan' 
• Click 'Combined'
• Choose your desired plan from either Premium, Standard or Basic - all including different features to find the right plan for you
• Select 'Upgrade now'
• Confirm your card details at the checkout and click ‘Pay Now'

To upgrade to a combined membership via the app

• Log into your account via the app
• Tap your profile picture in the bottom right-hand corner
• Select 'Settings'
• Tap 'Membership', then 'Manage my membership' 
• Select 'Change membership plan'  
• Tap 'Combined' along the top of the screen
• Here you can choose your new desired plan from either Premium, Standard or Basic - all including different features, to find the right plan for you
• Tap 'Upgrade now'
• Follow the steps through to the checkout and select 'Pay now'
