It might be time to change your details on our platform, you may have updated your phone number or email address or might prefer a more secure password. It couldn't be easier to change these details; follow the steps below.
To change your account details via the website
- Log into your account via the website
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner
- Select 'Settings'
- Choose "Account details" to change your name, email address, or password
- Or select 'Contact preferences' to manage email, calls and SMS you receive
To change your account details via the app
- Log into your account via the app
- Click 'Me' in the bottom right-hand corner
- Click 'Settings'
- Select 'Account'
