It might be time to change your details on our platform, you may have updated your phone number or email address or might prefer a more secure password. It couldn't be easier to change these details; follow the steps below. 

To change your account details via the website

• Log into your account via the website
• Depending on your device, either click on your name or the three lines in the top right-hand corner 
• Select 'Settings' 
• Choose "Account details" to change your name, email address, or password
• Or select 'Contact preferences' to manage email, calls and SMS you receive 

To change your account details via the app

• Log into your account via the app
• Tap your profile picture in the bottom right-hand corner
• Select 'Settings' 
• Tap 'Account'
• Select the details you would like to change, update them and tap 'Save changes' when you're done

For extra peace of mind, we'll ask for your current password before saving any changes.
