The Welcome Guide is a fantastic tool that you can share with your confirmed sitter to include more details about your home and your pet's needs that they can then access before and during the sit. 

To create and edit your welcome guide via the website:

• Log into your account
• On your dashboard, click on 'Listing'
• Click on ‘Welcome Guide’
• Click the 'Edit' button next to the different sections of the Guide (Home, Pet care, etc)
• Once you're in the relevant section, simply click 'Edit' on the right-hand side
• Select 'Add' to enter your information
• Click 'Apply' and finish by clicking ‘Save all changes'

To create and edit your welcome guide via the app:
 

• Log into your account via the app 
• Click 'Listing' at the bottom of the screen
• Select 'My Welcome Guide'
• Select the section you'd like to add information to
• Click 'Edit' in the top right-hand corner 
• Click the 'Edit' button next to the different sections of the Guide (Home, Pet care, etc)
• Once you're in the relevant section, simply click 'Edit' on the right-hand side
• Enter the information and select 'Apply'
• Scroll down and click 'Save all changes'
