We have three different membership plans offering members exciting new features to help you get even more from your TrustedHousesitters membership. 

You can upgrade to a different plan at any point throughout your membership and pay a pro-rated price for the remainder of your current subscription. When you are ready, you can follow the quick and easy steps on the website or app. 

To upgrade your membership via the website:

• Log in to your account via the website
• Depending on your device, either click on your profile picture or the three lines in the top right-hand corner 
• From the dropdown menu, select 'Settings'
• Click 'Edit' next to 'Membership'
• Select 'Change membership plan' 
• Choose your desired plan from either Premium, Standard or Basic - all including different features to find the right plan for you
• Click 'Upgrade now'
• Confirm your card details at the checkout and click ‘Pay Now’

To upgrade your membership via the app:

• Log into your account via the app
• Tap your profile picture in the bottom right-hand corner
• Select 'Settings'
• Tap 'Membership', then 'Manage my membership' 
• Select 'Change membership plan'  
• Here you can choose your new desired plan from either Premium, Standard and Basic - all including different features, to find the right plan for you
• Tap 'Upgrade now'
• Follow the steps through to the checkout and select 'Pay now'
