Every member of our community has a unique User ID number that you may need to hand for security reasons when contacting Membership Services. 

To find your User ID number via the website:

• Log into your account
• Click on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner 
• Select 'Settings' 
• At the top, on the right you will see 'User ID' 

To find your User ID number via the app: 

• Log in via the app
• Click 'Me' in the bottom right-hand corner 
• Click on 'Settings' 
• Select 'Account'

At the top of the screen, you will see 'Your User ID' and the number below
