We don't want anything to stop you on your TrustedHousesitters adventures, and we'll be sure to get to the bottom of why you can't log in or help you reset your password.
If you press the 'log in' button and see the below message, this means that either your email address or password has been entered incorrectly.
When you see this, double-check that your login details have been spelled correctly and you aren't missing any characters. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll need to reset your password.
If you can log in after this and wish to update your password, follow the steps on the How do I change my account details? page.
To reset your password, follow the steps below:
- Click here, or select the 'Forgotten password?' button on the login page
- Then, simply enter your registered email address and we'll send you an email reset link
- When you receive the email, click 'Reset my password' and follow the steps
- Don't forget to click 'Save and continue'
Your password reset email may take a few minutes to come through. If you think you haven't received it, check your junk or spam folders too.
If you have signed up using your Facebook account, you'll just need to click on the 'Sign in with Facebook' button.
Please note: For added security with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you'll be asked to confirm it's really you by entering a unique code sent to your email.
