Our verification features offer house and pet sitter members the opportunity to gain two levels of verification for their profile - Basic and Standard.
Once you have achieved each level of verification, a trust badge will be displayed on your profile, to help show other members that you are a trusted and verified sitter. As a full member you can gain your verifications through your dashboard. Here you will also be able to see what level of verification you have achieved and move to the next level.
Q: What is Basic level?
A: Verify your phone number and email address and get an external character reference from an employer, landlord, character or someone you have house and pet sat for in the past.
Q: What is Standard level?
