Having trouble pausing your membership? It could be because you have a confirmed sit booked or you have live sit dates.
To ensure you benefit from access to all areas of our platform during a sit, your membership can only be paused if you do not have any upcoming sits or sitters scheduled.
Still want to pause? We recommend chatting with your sitter or pet parent to cancel any upcoming sits first. However, do remember our Code of Conduct does state that sits should only be cancelled in extraordinary circumstances.
