If you've received extra months on your membership for referring a friend, you'll still be able to benefit from the convenience of pausing your membership. Just follow the same steps to pause your membership and this will kick in at the end of your current membership term, including any extra months added. 

For example, if you paid on January 1st but have extra months until March next year, your pause will take effect on your new renewal date of March 1st.
