If you’ve already added the Duo Sitter add-on to your membership but are unable to book overlapping sits, it’s likely due to one key reason. Both sitters must be fully verified before overlapping sits can be scheduled.
Overlapping sits will only be available once both you and your co-sitter have completed the full verification process, including ID, email, and phone verification.
This helps ensure pet parents feel confident and reassured, knowing both sitters are fully verified.
Once both verifications are complete, you’ll be able to apply for and confirm sits with a 48-hour overlap.
